Access the Patient Portal
Belaray Dermatology's patient portal is hosted on MySecureHealthData. We use it selectively — primarily to deliver a letter when a biopsy result is benign. It is not used for billing (see our separate bill-pay page). For anything urgent or detailed, please call the office rather than message through the portal.

How to Register for the First Time
Setting up your portal account takes just a few minutes. Follow these steps:
- Go to mysecurehealthdata.com and choose Register / Sign Up.
- Use the same email address the office has on file. Your registration email must match the email in our records — this is how the portal links you to your Belaray chart.
- Enter your validation code. You'll receive a code by text message — enter it on the registration screen to verify your identity.
- Confirm your date of birth to activate your account. That's it — you're in.
What the Portal Is Used For
Belaray uses the patient portal for one main purpose:
- Benign biopsy result letters — when a biopsy comes back benign, the office may send you a letter through the portal to let you know.

Patient Portal FAQ
How do I sign up for the Belaray patient portal?
Go to mysecurehealthdata.com and choose Register or Sign Up. Use the same email address the office has on file, enter the validation code sent to you by text message, then confirm your date of birth to activate your account.
Why isn't my portal registration working?
The most common reason is that the email address you entered does not match the one in our records. Registration only works with the exact email the office has on file. If you are not sure which email we have, call (516) 822-7546 and we will update or confirm it for you.
Can I see my biopsy results in the portal?
Detailed pathology and lab reports are not posted to the portal. When a biopsy result is benign, the office may send you a letter through the portal to let you know. Results that need discussion are handled by a phone call from the office. If you have questions about a result, call (516) 822-7546.
How do I pay my bill?
Bill payment is not handled in the patient portal. Pay your bill securely online through our separate bill-pay page. You only need your first name, last name, and date of birth to make a payment.
